Workshop Specifics
The success of any organisation depends on people. Henry Ford had mentioned “you burn my factories, take away machinery, withdraw financial support but give me my people back and I will rebuild the empire in one year.” What a beautiful sentence to emphasize on people. Managing people has its own challenges as they are different from other resources and they have feelings, emotions, paradigms, attitudes, values, cultural backgrounds etc. This calls for different strategies for people management. More especially during the current Covid-19 crisis where people are highly stressed, depressed, and anxious and their motivational levels are rock bottom low. This program will help managing people in innovative and creative way using various time tested techniques.

Understanding man management and leadership principles from films “Lagaan” and “Chak De India”.

Ability to listen, ability to assert and ability to manage conflict using EI, Proactive employee relations, Promotion of positive discipline and management of indiscipline.
